This Shipping Policy outlines how Server Sonics LLC d/b/a Computer Citi ("we," "us," or "our") handles shipping for devices, parts, and related services.


1. Shipping Services

We offer shipping services for:

  • Devices sent to us for repair
  • Devices returned to customers after repair
  • Parts or accessories purchased through us (if applicable)

Shipping options and carriers may vary depending on availability and customer preference.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Costs may vary based on:

  • Carrier selected
  • Shipping speed
  • Package size and weight
  • Insurance and signature confirmation options

Shipping fees will be disclosed before shipment is processed.


3. Processing Time

  • Devices are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after repair completion and full payment.
  • Orders for parts or accessories are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Processing times may be delayed due to:

  • Parts availability
  • High service volume
  • Holidays or carrier delays

4. Shipping Risk & Liability

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Damage occurring during transit

5. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

  • Insurance may be purchased at an additional cost
  • If insurance is declined, you accept full responsibility for loss or damage during transit

If a package is insured, claims must be filed with the carrier according to their policies.


6. Packaging

We take reasonable care in packaging items securely for shipment. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Carrier handling
  • Improper handling after delivery
  • Pre-existing device conditions

7. Customer Shipping to Us

If you are shipping a device to us:

  • You are responsible for packaging your device securely
  • You assume all risk during shipment to our location
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped to us.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.


9. Delivery Confirmation

We may require signature confirmation for certain shipments, especially high-value devices.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.


10. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

11. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery times may vary significantly
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures
