Computer Citi – Return & Warranty Policy

This Return & Warranty Policy applies to all products and services provided by Server Sonics LLC d/b/a Computer Citi ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Warranty – Parts (In-Store Repairs)

We provide a 30-day in-store warranty on parts used in repairs.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in parts
  • Issues related to the same repair performed

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Any unrelated issues

2. Warranty – Full Systems

For full system purchases (e.g., computers):

  • 1 Year Warranty on Parts
  • 3 Years Warranty on Labor

Warranty coverage applies only to defects under normal use and does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.


3. Repair Work / Labor

  • Repair labor charges are non-refundable
  • A 30-day warranty applies to the same problem only

This means:

  • If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, we will address it
  • New or unrelated issues are not covered

4. Software Services

No warranty is provided on software-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Operating system installations
  • Virus removal
  • Software troubleshooting

5. Returns & Restocking Fees

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase only
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns made after 3 days

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

6. No Returns After 7 Days

All sales are final after 7 days from the date of purchase.


7. Custom Builds & Special Orders (No Returns)

All custom-built systems and special order items are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Custom PC builds
  • Special order parts or components
  • Any item not regularly stocked or specifically ordered for a customer

8. Additional Conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect and verify all returned items before approval
  • Deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. All warranties, returns, and services are subject to change without notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
